We are trying this together


Tinah- I am trying to go fruitarian entirely, and Tom wanted to support me. I feel better on fruit, I am happier and it seems everything comes together. It's good for me and it's good for everything in me. hehe.

Tom- I have been watching several videos and reading several blogs with Tinah about others around the world who are living healthy fruitarian lives. My two largest concerns are staying healthy and maintaining (and building) muscle. I have been taking boxing lessons for many months now and I am worried that the muscle I've gained will be lost, and that it will be harder to gain more muscle. Fortunately, we've seen footage of a raw vegan gentleman who runs the marathon on a daily basis and is quite healthy- with toned muscular structure rather than a skin-and-bones frame that I'd suspect from that diet coupled with such a commitment to running. So I hope that if I eat enough of the right foods on this diet, I can maintain and build muscle.
